Biography
As a member of Burleson's Oil and Gas Title Practice Group, Wendell Langdon focuses his practice on oil and gas title matters. He has advised clients on matters regarding the negotiation, interpretation, and drafting of complex oil and gas leases for the Barnett Shale, Eagle Ford Shale, and Permian Basin in Texas. He is skilled in analyzing and interpreting deeds, contracts, agreements, assignments, and other title instruments affecting surface and mineral estates, royalty interests, and developmental interests, as well as various other complex oil and gas title issues. Prior to joining Burleson, Wendell served as a landman in the Permian Basin, completing field and in-house work for private brokers and major oil companies.
